CRD/IARD Forms & Enhancement Request ("CIFER") System

Do you have a great idea to improve the registration process? Do you see a need for revisions to registration forms that will help us all?

ARM is pleased to give you an opportunity to be heard and recorded! Access to the CRD/IARD Forms and Enhancement Request ("CIFER") system is now available on this website. CIFER will allow our members and interested parties to request changes or enhancements to forms, WebCRD and/or WebIARD.

By selecting the applicable link below, you can download the appropriate Change/Enhancement Request Form, then complete and email it to the Designated Administrator (marian.desilets@bankofamerica.com). The change or enhancement will be reviewed and forwarded (or rejected) by the Administrator to the NASD Technology team who will in turn study the request for feasibility, expense and turn-around within which the accepted request may be implemented. All suggested enhancements will be tracked by the Administrator/ARM.
